Refund and Returns Policy

At Outweary, every order is printed just for you. That means we don’t mass-produce, and we treat each item with care. While we can’t accept all returns due to the custom nature of our products, we’re committed to making things right when something goes wrong.


1. Eligible Returns

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • You receive the wrong item, size, or design
  • There is a printing error caused by our production team

2. Not Eligible for Return

Because each item is made on demand, we do not accept returns for:

  • Choosing the wrong size or color
  • Change of mind
  • Slight variations in color or placement due to printing process

3. How to Request a Replacement or Refund

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • A short description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the defect or error

We’ll review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.


4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your bank or provider.


5. Lost Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please check with your local courier or neighbors first.
If it’s confirmed lost in transit, we’ll assist you in getting a replacement.
